the breast centre are fantastic always kind and understanding. i did have a negative experience with the ambulatory care, i went in with neutropenic sepsis when i was having my chemotherapy treatment, i was at the time extreemly ill, i had very loose bowels, i had no idea when my bowels would empty so i stayed close to the toilet, i had an accident whilst in their care, i had a young nurse come in and snapped at me "why didnt you go to the toilet" i was so embarassed, my husband said to her there is no bell to ring and i did come out to try to find a commode, she then left the room and my husband helped me to clean myself up, i do think that nursing staff need to understand that when you are ill you do not purposely mess yourself and then to be treated like this is not acceptable. just a thought for your training department.
