Very appreciative of being treated with respect and understanding of my desire to know every about my condition and the subsequent treatment.
All staff at all levels were working as a strong team to a high professional level. All my particular concerns or needs were dealt with very promptly, normally with the relevant specialist.
My understanding is the Churchill is a recognised centre of excellence in throat cancers and the staff should be very proud of this as it is clearly their effort and commitment that have contributed to this achievement.
