All the staff here were exceptional I could not fault the time I spent here,thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and helping me with everything I needed

Had an appointment for 07:00 for a procedure and had to wait over 5 hours with no explanation as to why I had to wait so long, no one cominfg in to let me know that it was to be dealyed or anything. This was as a private patient!

I feel very lucky to have been treated in The Cavell Hospital. I was an inpatient for 2 nights and cannot fault anything about this hospital.
