Excellent support and service from start to finish. After suffering with serious knee pain for many months, Mr. Clark suggested an MRI scan which was processed within 24 hours. After a review and follow up consultation it was explained clearly of my options. I went ahead with the surgery option, which has had the desired positive result. Can not fault any part of the experience and very happy to be walking pain free again.

Came in to have a standard MRI, wasn't told there was a wait, told they were running 'slightly behind' (I had already turned up 15 mins early for my appointment as requested). I waited 40 minutes! I then asked how long until I would be seen and they advised it was at least another hour wait. Whilst I understand things can sometimes run behind schedule, it would have been nice to have either been given a heads up as I arrived giving me the option to rearrange or a phone call before I actually arrived with the option of cancelling and rebooking. With the NHS, I haven't even had that long a wait apart from A&E at night! Disappointing and not very apologestic staff. I obviously left and will have to rearrange in the week.

I recently attended the Chesterfield Hospital for a consultation in the outpatient department. The staff were very kind and caring and very professional. I was even offered a cup of tea whilst I filled in my paperwork ahead of my consultation. Overall the hospital felt very warm and friendly, I would definitely recommend it.

I have received excellent care here with respectful and caring staff during, pre and post operation. I also felt that my husband was treated sensitively.

The care i recieved at the hospital was first class and all of the nurses were brilliant. The private room was great with its own shower room.
