Recently my brother Sajid Naqvi had a surgery in BPC. He received great care under a fantastic surgeon Mr Naveed Afzal and an extremely caring and professional team at BPC. I would like to specially point out one of the staff nurse Jessica Casayuran, who was really dedicated and caring. She was extremely professional and easily approachable. I must say that all the staff shown great professionalism and high standard of care. We are very thankful as a family.

Staff on the BPC ward delivered a fantastic care package for me during the 5 days I stayed on the ward. Throughout my rollercoaster ride of pain and recovery they were professional and the level of pride and loyalty in the hospital in particular their place of work was evident. The facilities are very comfortable and you want for nothing. Thank you to all the staff who looked after me and indeed to all the staff at Bournemouth hospital who saved my life.

Phoned the number given on your website only to be told that I would need to phone the private clinic. I was given a different number, however when I phoned this it said that it was not a valid number. I phoned the original number back to be told that the number |i had was correct but could only be phoned internally. They were unable to give me a number that was able to be phoned externally. They transferred me. When I got through I did get a number that I could phone, although I have not tested it. When asked if they could do a scan on a range of dates I was told they couldn't tell me and that the radiology department would have to do that. So I phoned the NHS radiology department who could tell me without talking to the consultant. I asked if they would email me the answer as I am outside of the UK. I have not yet received one.

My knee replacement was done with great skill.The practitioners involved in the total procedure were of the highest of competence and manner.D The environment was excellent, as were all the service and admin staff. Cleanliness of dressing procedures was to a very high standard. Food was acceptable and sufficient. I would choose to come here again for orthopaedic surgery.
