Having some ongoing knee problems I rang the Torbay & S.Devon Outpatient Physiotherapy Unit and was given an appointment the same day.At Teignmouth Hospital the Physiotherapist David Essex assessed the condition of my knee joint and ligaments.I received reassurance that I could continue with sporting activity without the need for a knee replacement.He also provided me with a course of exercises to strengthen the knee,to be reassessed in 3 weeks time.It was all very professional and clearly explained.I felt very satisfied and encouraged by the visit.
