Prompt, accurate information relayed clearly and concisely. My hearing difficulties have been dealt with sympathetically and by caring staff.
Facilities and equipment have all been impressive as has been A&E service.
I cannot praise the NHS enough and I would heartily recommend it. Improvement better pay for NHS staff!

The length of time it had taken to obtain the desired result which was to establish if there was an allergy and what to do about it- 2 years is a very long time!
