Jo Rooney - liverpool stoma care team has been my clinical nurse for approx 12 weeks now following emergency bowel surgery. Jo has tested me with the upmost respect, professionalism and dignity throughout. Jo has offered reassurance and enabled me to manage my stoma independently and without apprehension. Jo has been friendly and contactable at all times and provided me with options for stoma bags and products which has rectified skin issues I have had and stoma bag leaks. Jo even provided me with spare stoma bags at extremely short notice when I had an issue with my prescription one time. She is an absolute asset to Fittleworth.
