Total incompetence. Seen by podiatrist who had no idea how to search patients information. I had to tell her what I had and that I was told mdt would review treatment. Told me there was no cray and no meeting. Totally untrue. She didn’t even know who the consultant was asked if that was my gp. Really you don’t know the consultant what are you doing there????? The equally inefficient assistant got a prescription for bone infection (yes a serious condition). I’m went to pharmacy. Unable to get antibiotics due to form not filled in properly. Sat there for one and half hours while they tried to get it sorted podiatry said don’t know anything can’t help no doctor here? They found one before. I gave up in the end. I live with n a village hav no transport of my own have to rely on others. Pharmacy later rang said they have some of it what’s the point I can’t get there. I will certainly not use place again. I would rather have a one hour bus journey to Oxford. And I am a retired Nhs’s worker I have always championed the nhs. Not anymore
