I have had two follow-up consultations with two Physiotherapists. Both extremely kind gentlemen, who listened to my concerns and were able to coax me along with my new exercises following a total ankle replacement! I am pleased to say I have progressed really well and can walk unaided - much quicker than I thought! Thank you both!
