Yesterday, 4 October, I attended the outpatient eye clinic for a follow-up appointment after an initial referral appointment before Covid. I was very impressed with the care and attention from all the team, from registering at reception to the consultation post scan. In particular I also wish to express my appreciation for the time invested in ensuring that I understood the findings of my retinal scans by the consultant, Mr Nigel Davies. Many thanks again.
