Taken to the Hospital pm on 29/3/22 after a bad fall off Piccadilly. Staff excellent from start to finish and they were clearly very cautious about an 81 Yr old with a head injury. Treated by all with care, courtesy, and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble and they followed a logical process for testing any brain/skull injury or heart defect. The 10 hour stay was never a chore at any time - and the A&E Unit were very busy. I felt I had the best care at the hands of dedicated people. Well done St Thomas’s: I was full of admiration.
