It was absolutely awful. I had to visit A&E three times before any action was taken. One Dr, and one consultant, on separate occasions used intimidating language to presumably stop me from going ahead with treatment. I was referred for an MRI scan on the second visit and when I went back on the third visit I found out those notes had been lost. The symptoms I was experiencing were those for a condition that would have needed immediate surgery and yet they were happy for me all three times to just walk out untreated. I am waiting for my scan to go ahead on the 10th, until then my condition goes unexplained. My hip, foot and leg is numb constantly with loss of mobility.

Suggested improvements
Given me an emergency MRI scan, and not just sent me home saying if my symptoms get worse come back. Even when they did get worse and I went back they didn’t take my condition seriously.
