Arrived by ambulance only to find the appointment had been cancelled on 15th January, but no-one had informed me. Odd that the Appointment Reminder Service had telephoned me a few evenings ago to confirm the appointment. Quite a waste of both my time and the ambulance service. I am in chronic spinal discomfort and urgently needed that appointment, expecting to get the results of a recent spinal scan , and hopefully treatment advice. Not even offered a new appointment. There's a flaw in the booking system that needs to be addressed.
