The members of the team who visited us were all lovely. Very friendly, helpful and professional. The thing we didn't like was that we never knew when they were coming. We would get a call 30-45 minutes before they wanted to visit. I can see that it suits them and probably makes them more efficient as a team but it isn't very customer / patient focused. The other thing I would query is how beneficial it is having so many different people visit. Some of the visits were definitely longer because we were going over things that had already been discussed with someone else.
