In room 3 on the NICU, the right side of the room is really cold. My son, who was in an open cot was moved to that side to accommodate a baby brought in in an incubator. I wasn’t really happy with the move especially because I know how cold it gets there and to me it didn’t make sense to move a baby in an open into the cold rather than a baby who is protected and kept warm in an incubator. Because of this, my son’s temperature had dropped significantly and had to then be placed back into a hot cot. I think this issue needs to be reviewed and sorted out ASAP.
Otherwise, I absolutely love everyone in the NICU team. I always knew that my son was in the best place and the best care. I really appreciate the level of care and all the hard work and dedication from everyone that looked after my son. I can’t thank you all enough
