I appreciate that waiting is very likely in the ED area but just an occasional update on estimates of waiting and progress from section to section would be reassuring and lower stress levels, especially once the process had started. I waited a long time between initial reception then a nurse - thanks Tamara- then xray and finally the kind doctors. I also want stalk about the awful signing of car parking machines. It’s stressful enough finding a space while worrying about the injury but lack of signs to pay machines and poor instructions on them are an unnecessary stress
