Due to having a baby to be the happiest time of my life unfortunately it has not with the lack of communication with amongst staff about the care for my baby. I was continuously judged on my baby’s feeding and felt pressure into breast feeding. Sadly as well my medication was not given to me till three days time which was required for me to have as soon I had surgery as I have lost some amount of blood during my surgery. Staff didn’t answer the buzzer when pressed and sadly found them chatting amongst each other which was really unprofessional as my baby’s health could of been at risk. I am scarred till I remember my time here and it’s really sad because a majority of your other staff are wonderful to us patients to. Please let this review be a reminder that it’s not about what covers in a medical diary it’s how each baby is different. No baby and I mean no baby should be force to finish a bottle in 30 mins especially when they are premature that is very wrong in my eyes. I am sad to say I am glad I am discharged from the wards but however I am grately appreciative that I can still come in for checks. It was a hard decision to make for myself and my baby but I needed to think of my child’s welfare and my mentality state when knowing she can come home instead of self discharging.
