All the staff I met were so lovely.
The lady who greeted me was really kind and welcoming.
The receptionist was very polite and professional when I told her what was wrong with me.
The initial doctor who booked us in was very funny.
The doctor I saw was a lovely man, put me at ease with some simple chit chat.
Suggested improvements
There were some used water cups dotted around. Although the receptionist did come to collect them- maybe have a bin in the UTC Waiting room- not just in the children’s bit.
