The staff for the whole of my journey from the staff in the admissions lounge, the surgical team and the ward staff on Kingfisher ward were professional, efficient and delivered a high standard of care. My operation was cancelled on my day of admission but the cancellation was promptly followed up and I had my surgery within 4 days of the initial appointment! The discharge nurse enabled me to go home swiftly and made arrangements for my husband to pick up my medication later that day.
