I loved the ‘booking of a time slot’ which meant I was in and out and home within an hour. The staff all knew their roles in the Safety process which meant it went smoothly.

If I was being really picky it would be that when I was told to return in 2 days time for a dressing change I wasn’t told any detail (which I asked on the way out) e.g. did I have to hook, could I just show up etc
