This is my second visit to Stephanie marks centre since being diagnosed last summer. Both times there is never anyone on reception, people wait way beyond appointment times, and there is no one to check with, and often the self check in machine doesn't work!! All pretty appalling to have such a lack of patient care for such a serious illness.
