The vast majority of the nurses & HCAs very caring and competent. Felt safe being cared for on the ward. Only met 1 who seemed so pushed for time did not do what was asked to do (remove cannulas, help mobilise etc), and once drug round was very late (nearly 2 hours without pain relief). Very minor comment, bit would be nice if could get own tea/ coffee. If only to do something and to go for that walk! Also feel slightly trapped with feeding and drinking not in own control.
