Due to the Covis q9 Pandemic, only 2 sessions were held in person at St Peter's Hospital, the rest of my appointments were carried out on Zoom. Even though this was a very unusual way of having Physio, this did actually work and Nabilah Rahman was very professional and helped me with my Physio routines and has got me to a stage where I have been able to return to work. Nabilah was very patient, understanding and persevered with me, in what can only be described as very surreal and unusual circumstances and got my knee back to probably about 90% of being normal. I am carrying on with my exercises on a daily basis and hope to be 100% or more by the end of the year. The support and Physio I have received is second to none and I would recommend the Department to my family and friends. I would like to personally thank you Nabilah for all your hard work and to the Physio Department as a whole, keep up the good work in getting Patients back on their feet.
