Satisfaction:
Thinking about why I went in to A&E I’m still unsure what caused the problem. I’ve written to cardiology for more information. I had originally tried to speak with cardiology but was referred to my doctor and then to A@E. I then got into the A@E system which processed me very well but with hindsight and more time I’d not what I wanted.

Improvement:
In fact, I’ve just spoken with the cardiology dept and I now have my concerns answered.
