The specialist are very knowledgeable and kind. It would have been useful for the patient to have to demonstrate during consultation that he was keeping up with routines by showing it.
Otherwise if he had no need or encouragement to show a level of improvement, the specialist may just take his verbal account of progress into account but without further assessment or proof results are only evident to 1 person, not 2.
