Everyone in the treatment team was exceptional. Marissa especially made my stay great, without her I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through injections and she is a true asset to the team!
The only shame were the reception staff throughout the hospital who were dismissive, didn’t pass on detail told and were the only ones on my entire stay who made me feel bad about my condition. Also ignoring patients who actively tried to get their attention whilst in their own conversations. If the reception staff were half as good as every other member of staff though my stay I could say without shadow of doubt that everything is exceptional here
