Very good friendly staff - meal time staff also very good. Doctor team very good.
Consistency of detail between doctors - ward etc. (not that I had an issue after than what and was told didn't seem to happen for quite sometime).
Bay 4 was extremely noisy - out of 8 beds all but one was I think a dementia sufferers and poor staff were really pulling their hair out, hence lack of sleep big time.
