Thought the service has been incredible considering the journey has been overwhelming and traumatic. The team is confident, caring, gentle and positive. A very rare and unique combination. We are incredibly grateful
The facilities are comfortable and the snack area is just what’s needed.
The only area additions that could be added to the facilities is somewhere for a parent to have a nap - perhaps a couple of red chairs in a quiet room
Also access to a room to have a few private calls - that can be tricky having said that I just went outside
