I received great care. Only slight quibble - the advice given to me on the day was slightly at odds with the printed information sent beforehand, mainly in that the printed info suggested it probably wasn't necessary to have sedation during the procedure whereas the nurse who briefed me said most people do and seemed surprised I had opted not to have it. (In the event it was OK without.)
