I have completed this form on behalf of my son Zachariah (16 yr old). The care we all received was outstanding. A particular nurse Hannah Johnson is the reason we felt so well looked after. She is a perfect example of what a nurse should be. The NHS needs more people with her attitude and understanding. Thank you Hannah.

The transition between A and E and the ward was v good! Overall the staff were great and really understood my child. V friendly and welcoming despite the circumstances.
