Very prompt and efficient. I had a CT booked for 3 days later as 2 week rule. They managed to get it all done on the same morning. Outstanding. No box to feed back to CT but they were lovely too. Thank you all.

We were seen by a consultant in a&e so quickly, all the staff have been amazing, friendly and helpful. Our baby son has been so well cared for. We wouldn’t have got a better service if we had gone private!x

Always treated well by staff onsite. Phone/switchboard staff can be unhelpful and misleading.

The nursing staff were all wonderful. Everyone answered all questions I had about the procedure I had honestly and to the best of their knowledge. It was obvious that they cared about the welfare of all their patients. As usual, the A and E doctors were kind and compassionate - despite the enormous workload. The AMU ward doctors were just as good. The surgeon who performed my procedure was very reassuring. It was especially good to have the ward sister accompanying me. The AMU itself (as a building) is getting a bit old. The shower in my bathroom did not work (no shower head)! Some of the beds seem rather bad, although not all of them. The mattress on my bed was awful. The cleaners all did a great job and seemed to take pride in their work.
