I was amazed by the compassion, caring approach and self-less dedicated work being done by nurses, nursing assistants and doctors. All with a smile every time. This is truly best in class service. My impression about NHS has changed to be highly positive. The wonderful treatment is given to all with lots of kindness and no discrimination. Please keep up these high standards. God bless the NHS team. Thanks a ton from the Maple ward and the A and E team.
