Physiotherapist was very understanding and explained everything well to me.
She managed my expectations well.
Issue with appointments and I had to wait longer than I would have liked when I was confused with exercises.
I now understand my condition, however, after only 2 appointments.
I cannot say physiotherapy has helped significantly with improving my condition.

The physio managed to find out the area which needed improvement very quickly, and was able to give exercises which helped significantly very quickly.

Ellie listened and asked a lot of question before the examination and took time with me.
Although noisy. Ellie spoke loud and clearly.

Katrina was very kind, soft spoken and explained my everything so easily. I felt so relaxed after discussing my health issue and she is a lovely person and I am very helpful that the exercises can benefit me.
