Friendly staff. Explained everything in easy to understand lingo very caring receptionist especially on arrival was so kind helped calm my nerves.

Every member of staff was incredible. They did not rush me at all, answered all my questions and were so kind and compassionate knowing I had had a panic attack in a different department two days earlier. Thank you!
Suggested improvements
Not asked me to turn up 1/2 hour earlier than my appointment and literally had me waiting the whole 1/2 hour! Pointless!
