After being phoned to see if I could arrive early (10 mins) I had to wait over an hour before any discussions started.
I had excellent care and everything was explained fully.
Although nervous/ anxious I elected to go without sedation.
The procedure was a breeze! The staff were great!

The reception staff were fantastic- always friendly, polite and trying to help, even when they were being shorted at- very impressive they made me proud to be part of the NHS (for all its faults!)
Bad: I have waited nearly 4 hours to be told I need to go to royal surrey for ENT.

The #clinic ran on time, which was good.
The interaction with the orthopedics surgeons was excellent, thank you.
The HCAs supporting the clinic were pro-active need their initiative and helped avoid unnecessary delays.
There was an unfortunate delay between #clinic and surgery of 10 days which breaches national guidelines.
Reception staff were very helpful.
Sadly the nursing experience was poor.

The service and waiting time is appalling.
I would not recommend as you do not need anymore patients as you cannot cope with the number you have now.

Review of Kingfisher Ward - St Peter's

I came into the UTC at 10.15 on Monday and left at 6 pm on Tuesday. A decision to admit was made but apart from an ultrasound and 2 blood tests no other procedure took place. I was nil by month 4 pm today when I was told to MRCP would not take place today. So I will need to come back as an out patient and wait again.

It was non-judgmental at a time when we were feeling guilty and sore.
