Staff are very caring and keep you informed on time, tests e.t.c. Very professional, nothing is any trouble.

When I finally saw a doctor after 3 1/2 hr wait she was great and very thorough. However, A and E had not communicated with AECU as they said they would, and MRI had not reported my scan which meant that the whole 4 1/2 hr hip was a waste of time for both me and the NHS staff. Communication is key and it doesn't seem to exist between units.
