Very fast to go through pre-op procedure and the doctors and nurses were kind and caring.
Slightly cold in waiting room maybe minor things. Overall I feel relaxed and cared for.

Most of the staff were exactly as I have come to expect at St. Peters, except for one young lady on the nursing staff.She was of A frock origin and grossly overweight. She had her hair tied up into a knot on top of her head. She did nothing but playing and fiddle with her hair all day long, at no time did we see her wash and disinfect her hands, even when removing a tub from another patient leg. She put gloves on with unwashed hands. This really needs urgent attention.

Each of the doctors explain what was going to happen and if I had any questions putting you mind at ease.
