On occasion there was momentarily problem because the staff were not native language speaking. This was not a very difficult problem but I needed to be aware that emphasize was not always strong enough to carry the meaning. Apart from this the care was excellent.

Good- Kind nurses, friendly staff, understanding, Dr Dovey super helpful and nice.
Bad- Waited a long time for psych care (hours).
'High risk' but all my possessions and sharps still accessible.
Misgendered frequently.

My first stay in hospital (except child birth).
Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Any request was met and information given.
I have always dreaded having to go into hospital but not any longer.

The care was very good by all the staff, but the waiting time could be reduced.

Staff very respectful. Patience the sister (?) was lovely- very caring, considerate and calming, and her smile reassuring. Thank you- you made such a difference in a fearful and worrying situation.
A small frustration was trying to get through on the phone. Although our family fully understand the need to care for patients is paramount. Perhaps a hospital volunteer could take messages.
A and E were also excellent. As was the stroke nurse. Thank you to you all.
