Nothing was good, appalling service having to wait over 4 hours to be seen by a doctor when my son was brought to A and E by ambulance,disgusting, unacceptable treatment.

Quick and efficient. Fantastic communication, always keeping me informed of what was happening and next steps. Everyone had a smile. Nothing was too much trouble.
However, catering staff had no personality, communication or smiles!
