No beds. Rubbish treatment. No pillows. No tea. Taps constantly running (waste of water!!). Good staff though.

Quite disappointed in the level of care. I found my grandfather led flat almost choking on his teeth. He had no drink or food for over 24 hrs now! I tried to stop nurses who ignored me. I understand its busy but atleast smile and check your patients! Very thankful for the nurse who got us a pillow. Also random blood sample on his floor?!

Efficient, problem dealt with as quickly as possible. Too many patients at the same time.
