The staff were friendly and helpful. We were seen promptly by the triage nurse & two doctors. Good hygiene.
We spent a long time waiting.

Staff friendly, caring, patient and empathy with patients. All done quite promptly. Only slight problem was so crowded waiting room on arrival as I felt a bit unwell and not too comfortable there.

I would like to give a special thank you for the porter Nina. She was kind, gave my father full attention as my father would speak Portuguese only and she was eager to help him. Nothing was a trouble. Many thanks Nina & good luck.

Professional, understanding, compassionate, kind, caring.
