Very friendly professional staff. My one slight criticism would be keeping patients informed on waiting times, apart from that excellent.

Everything was explained about the procedure in advance.
I was treated with respect and kindness by all members of staff.
I was regularly asked if I was feeling ok.
I had to wait about 1 3/4 hours from booking in to having the procedure, this was not a problem but perhaps some information about how long I might have to wait during it is time would be useful.

Good-on time.
-Planned.
-Staffs are helpful.
Could be improved:-
-Space books for children.
