Everybody was kind and caring. But they forgot I was here and I waited an hour to see anybody. The lady nurse apologised and was lovely.

Arif was very good. He explained in detail what the fracture was and the options available at all times and was extremely professional.

No improvement I can think of. Treated as a person with respect and patience. Given all the information required. Time was spent with me. Wonderful staff.

The staff listened to us and immediately arranged for us to see a consultant. My son had been to A and E 5 days before and was waiting for an appointment but we hadn't heard and he was in agony.

Everyone I've seen since my accident has been so kind, thoughtful and caring. I couldn't have asked for better care.
