The staff who dealt with us were kind. However, we have been here for 7 hours now. It appears to be chaotic. We keep being told 'just 20 minutes' and 2 hours later we're still waiting. We need more information!!!

The staff/doctors/nurses were all fantastic, but the facilities were dated and worn out. Washrooms were patched up. Twice on my stay. All the flooring is loose on all seats which is not good for a clinical area I am a plumbing and heating engineer.

It is/was so immediate. Made me feel very safe and cared for.
Everyone was very thorough. I was very lucky to see consultant dermatologists same day after their surgeries. Everyone was very knowledgeable and worked well together.
Used all resources and expertise in hospital.
I love NHS thank you.

Caryl, Eileen, Sharon, Sophie, Dr Lamis, the ladies on AECU were extremely nice, helpful and took care of patient with great care, first time I see such a well organised department and such a helpful kind people. 5 stars. Fully equipped with food drinks and very clean.
