Full explanation was given of procedures being given by nurse. Timely appointments for clinic and for doppler and ct scan.
I was the only person who arrived at 8.15, there was another person about an hour later. Might be a bit more problematic if you have 5 arriving all at the same time!
It was exemplary service.

I attended the walk in clinic at Ashford hospital with a severe gash on my leg They referred me to the vascular clinic at West Byfleer health centre( part of St Peters hospital vascular dept).I was seen by Mr Majumber the consultant and Kirsrie Ash well,clinical nurse. The treatment was excellent very thorough ,promptThey gave me sevaral tests I did not expect.Under their guidance my wound has now completely healed. 5 star treatment from consumate professionals

I was seen by Dr Abdel-Arizona, he is without doubt one of the most professional, knowledgable and caring doctors I have ever been treated by.
To help patients, it would be useful to have the car parking machine ticket dispenser placed higher than ground level, as I imagine a lot of patients would find it difficult to bend down so low in order to retrieve their ticket.
