All care was fine. Night time consideration for sleeping patients could be improved - less staff nurse and better timing for vital sign when possible.

Care started within twelve hours of arriving home and has continued in a very friendly and professional manner. I could not have made such good progress without their help, not only with excellent treatment but the confidence they gave me.
I needed to contact the group and the phone was answered immediately! My queries sorted! I can give you nothing but praise and I thank you all very much!
