5 star.
Kind and caring respecting of dignity.
Gluten free menu bit repetitive but appreciate efforts to supply it. Updating information, not always possible due to pharmacy and getting tests reports on.

Everybody was nice.
I was informed of procedure all set to go first.
Then out of the blue I had to insert medication which I was not previously informed of and in view of that I was told I now had to wait and was going second.

Wait times and luck of doctors and surgeons - Bad communication between members of staff needs to be improved and line up with one another not all different information.
Nurses are helpful and caring though.
