The nurse who put the needle in my grandma's arm was very rough because he was rushing. This left her in quite some pain.

Nursing staff were very caring. The food could be better very bit and miss, have more light food as patients do not have I heavy meal a day, lighter for early morning.

Food was bland and unappetising. A larger variety each meal time is needed plus well seasoned dishes.
