The time when I saw the consultant was exactly on the appointment time. Throughout the consultation the consultant spoke directly to me, (not down or over me) thus making me feel at ease, very clear and informative, plus also giving me a interesting and informative booklet on P.E and how the drug xarelto helps to control the P.E.
